If you are unhappy with a purchase and would like to return it, whether full price or sale, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

Items that fall outside the 14 day period will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Items must be unused and in their original packaging where applicable.

Booster boxes and sealed products cannot be guaranteed to be in mint condition, for example torn seals, as these may arrive damaged from distributors.

If the contents inside are damaged, they may be acceptable for a return.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

If an order is cancelled, it is subject to a 20 percent processing fee of the total value of goods purchased at the time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 5 working days.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be offered for damaged or faulty items within 14 days of the purchase date.

Items that fall outside of the 14 day period will not be eligible for an exchange.

 


Shipping

The cost of shipping for a return or exchange will be covered by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Any refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping.

To return your product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.

We cannot be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed, lost or misrouted orders.
